<p>I enjoyed the EL 105 course that focuses with communicating with students. I especially gained insight with the generational differences of our learners that all of us invariably have in our online courses. This course helped open my eyes to the need to further differentiate to meet the needs and learning styles from the various generation groups that make up our courses. <span style="text-decoration: line-through;"></span></p>
