Also, I read your article based on Mr. Tim Foster's "Doing the Right Thing" initiative. I really appreciate you for some of the points that you had highlighted in your article. Over the years during my career in Private Sector Education, I have seen a great deal of people wanting to do the right thing. Some of them succeeded and the others didn't. Those who didn't succeed also had the desire to do well, however, they didn't have the right resources, to include trained employees, to do the job right. Proper training to do the job right at the first time is the key to success. Thank you for the service you provide in getting career school employees trained to serve our students well.
