<p>I also agree with this assessment. The relationships that we build with our students is the most satisfying part of the job.&nbsp; Being a smaller institution allows admissions staff to develop a more intimate relationship with the students. Even the Dean knows the students by name. We treat our students as individuals and not just an FTE. Most of them really put their trust and faith in us that we will guide them properly to degree completion.</p>
