Feedback

Hi Charles,

One thing that I do to reiterrate continuous feed back is by having the students put their answers on the board each week. I tell them I do not care who put what up on the board, or that the answers may be incorrect. Next, we go over each answer as a class to verify if it is right or wrong. If it is wrong, we all look it up together as a class to see how we would find the correct answer. Last, I ask everyone in the class if there is any answer that was up on the board that they would like to review as a class. This way no single student is singled out for not having a correct answer, and everyone learns together how to find something they may have not known otherwise.
