<p>After teaching for years one aspect of this course I appreciated was the simple 2 by 2 mental model of:</p> <ul> <li>Doing poorly&nbsp;</li> <li>Doing well</li> </ul> <p>This was a great way to conceptualize how we all achieve different levels of competence. NONE of us are great at anything 'immediately out of the gate', we do, however gain proficiencies by practicing our skill sets and spending time being insightful while obtaining and listening to student feedback.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks for providing this 'aha' moment for me, marie</p>
