It is so true that when our classrooms and labs are a real mirror of the workplace, in every manner, we help to better prepare our graduates for workplace survival. It's not just about the technical skills, but also coping with, and handling, the many other things that come up to challenge success in school and on the job. Better that it's addressed with us because the classroom is a little more forgiving than the workplace. As mentioned, there must be a Plan B and Plan C.
