I agree 100%. I was encouraged to learn that there are many things that I do right, which was reaffirming and motivated me to continue them. However, I most valued learning about the areas where I have not been doing the right thing -- my real opportunity to improve and become an even better Instructor. I love the fact that I can implement immediate changes which will improve my and my students' learning experience in the classroom -- starting tomorrow morning. I'm very excited!
