I am so glad that I was able to take this course.  I wasn't expecting to have to complete a course in order to work in the department I do, but it enabled me to get to know the business better and that is invaluable to me.  There are so many different areas that need to be understood in Career Education Schools and there is definately more than meets to eye.  So to have a class that walked me through all these complexities and challanged me to retain the knowledge that was being given was beneficial to me.  I feel more prepared to go about my job because now I understand all the complicating factors that may arise at work.  I feel prepared to answer questions and interact with my fellow coworkers because I know what is expected of me and how I am required to act.  The course made it easy to do this.
