Settings goals that are specific is what i learned mostly and I think that it will help students be more focused on the projects.

professionalism goes far beyond just looking nice and dressing nice.  I learned that professionalim means respect for yourself, your employer, and employees that you are working with.  

Technology  adds a visual aspect of learning through videos, tht helps give students additional persepctives.
