Online communication is critical for the success of students. 

It is important as the online instructor to design your instruction for an audience that reaches all learners. In addition, it is important to motivate all students so that they will be successful in their online course. Finally, as an online instructor, it is my responsibility to encourage my students to think of time management as an essential resource in succeeding in the online class. 

Providing an opportunity for communication and collaboration among students is important in an online learning platform. As an instructor is important to have clear Rubrics in place. 

Communication is critical in an online platform. The student body consists of various age groups and the instructor must understand the differences of the generational gaps and communicate effectively according to the individual's generation.

It is my responsibility to have effective communication with students.

Managing the E-learning environment is the responsibility of the instructor. As a instructor, it is important to communicate to the students to avoid conflicts.

I learned the difference between synchronous and asynchronous discussions in an online platform. Engaging learners in e-learning is the responsibility of the instructor and in doing so the instructor must understand the various learning styles of the students. Finally, instructors should provide immediate and constructive feedback to students. 

In this course, I learned the importance of getting to know my students and letting my students know about me. Even in an online learning environment, establishing relationships with each other is critical. 

In this course I learned that course delivery is important for the instructor in an online learning environment. More importantly, the instructor is responsible for supporting and engaging the students in an online learning platform.
