Tracy, Custom created PPT slides are better in my opinion. As instructors, we don't always follow the exact order of chapters, or topics within a chapter anyway. I prefer to take time to cover material as I think it should be. I can always use slides from the image library if necessary. And since you stated you don't have access to a rejector, then I suspect you may access to the OH projector -- I miss it, and will still use it from time time to time. Barry Westling

Brittney, Great idea. Also, using resources that are not commonly used can help. For instance, many instructors don't use tests from the text because the answers are also provided. But in a time of need, that can be a very practical learning exercise. Barry Westling

Brittney, I think that when students are actively involved in an activity, either alone or in a group, they are using multiple senses just through the natural process of interacting. Group activities can be a great way for students to retain needed course material. Barry Westling
