Brandi, Absolutely! Soft skills (or absence of) are the thing that will create more difficulties for employees in the work setting. Training can correct technical weaknesses, but the soft skills have to come from within, and the individual has to want to make those adjustments. Barry Westling

Lisa, Another version of this assumption is the admission test. Some students score very high but have a much lower application skill or prior knowledge, leading to more challenges by both instructor and students alike. Barry Westling
