The best way to do Pygmalion is to have life or profession experience to draw from. Then at strategic times you discuss your story.

I firmly believe being an educator is both to give information, and receive knowledge from our growth.

I believe in the gentle approach to teaching with firm standards.

The 5 Cs are a great role model for us to follow as educators . We should self reflex offten to get a better insight into ourselves.

That reflexation will better as role models and humanbeings.

The 5 Cs in the classroom will be part of  learning and retaining the information.

As an educator leading is important. A leader must be confident and resilient to shape learners to their goals.

I feel having a collections of learning objectives and using them in different subject is a great strategy to yourselves work 

smarter. 

I agree with Elizabeth short chunks keep the learners focused on the subject matter.

I plan to research my text books and work on formatting some of learning. they are excellent in comprehensions learning materials.
