Lola, I agree that the FA process is critical to the the school's success and close interaction between all areas will make for a more successfully experience for the student. It is important that each time anyone works with the student to answer a question that the appropriate documentation occurs. Melanie, It is important to make sure all records are kept in an organized and consistent manner. If you have a program review the records will reflect the care in which you handle your students. Thnaks, Chyrl

Mary, Compliance audits are a good tool to insure a college's administrative capability; however, it is important that college does their own internal review periodically to insure no areas of non-compliance. I often recommend that the staff bi-annually or quarterly to sample their student files and review internal procedures. Chyrl

Ava, If FA departments handle their students in an efficient manner, the students will have a positive experience in FA. Andrea, Sometimes Program Reviews occur even when your college has done everything correct. However, being organized will definitely expedite the process and make it easier for the auditors to completely the Program Review. Thanks, Chyrl
