Charlotte, I like what you said about the students agreeing to follow the complaint system. Making students part of the process with disclosures and agreements helps the system move more smoothly. Cindy Bryant
Katie, While many schools allow the students to take on the responsibility for their own materials it is sometimes more efficient to for the college to be directly involved in the procurement of the materials. Cindy Bryant
Nicholas, It is disconcerting that education has to be monitored by the federal government in order to operate ethically. While the majority of colleges do their best to perform at the utmost level of professionalism there is occasionally that one bad apple that spoils the basket for everyone. Cindy Bryant

Jennifer, Students generally are driven by the opportunity to succeed, as a college the overall mission is to keep the students goals alive with continuous encouragement. Cindy Bryant

Anjenette, Thank you for sharing what your college does to protect prospective student's privacy. It is great that your college provides software that will restrict access. Cindy Bryant

Amanda, Many times misrepresentation is unintended. Something as simple as a poster that states "15 graduates placed this month" when in actuality 7 were placed by the college and 8 secured employment on their own. This doesn't seem like a big deal BUT it could become one to a disgruntled student. Cindy Bryant

Marina, Building a community within a school is great way to connect with students. Employees who have a sense of community help build a stronger school which leads to more content students. All of these factors leads to higher retention. Cindy Bryant
