This is good information. I must say having patience with the student that has comments for everything and always asking questions out of topic. I need to apply these stragedies to make my job less stressful in classroom with challenging students.

An icebreaker helps students get accquainted with each other . Setting classroom rules on the first day and constant reminders of what is expected of the student is a must.

Using Intrinsic & Extrinsic methods is an awesome way to keep the students motivated to reach their goals. 

I encourage students not to get discouraged on tough assignments are do able and show them their opininon is valued.

Allow students feedback to enhance more engagement & share life experiences,

One of the best method of teaching is sharing  life experiences in the career the learner is interested in. This is very important to implement in classroom to help students of generations succeed.

Technology is the new way of students learning so must be used with strict precautions to avoid distractions. The goal for instructors is to keep the learner engaged in the lesson and help them learn more on topic being discussed.

Implement different methods of instruction based on the type of generations in the classroom.

This information is very informative to help understand the different generations way of learning. When instructors can identify the student's type of generation it will be easier to teach at their level.

Gamification is a great idea to motivate the learners to achieve their goals in the classroom.
