Jeff, Point well made. Thank you for researching. However, I see why we may not always wants to have current student testimonials. That is because they have yet experience their whole education as several of our co-workers have stated. If no regulation is found prohibiting it then we would just need to make sure we are not enticing the student. Delicia De La Rosa

Students' Personal Information

Consequences would include lawsuits, lost of student trust, violations of our Mission and values and then possible shut down of the institution. From my understanding, there are some instances where information can be shared. This would be in emergency type situation only. It is a very fine line for unauthorized disclousre on student's personal information.

I think you first have to understand the action of being compliant to get the result. This will be something that comes naturally. Once that is reached then compliance becomes a result.
