This was a great subject. This type of dicussion works for large business as well as small business. If more managers and owners take this type of approch in making changes, maybe they would hold onto great employees.

Retention, It's hard to not help a student with bus fair money, gas money, transportation issues... Sometimes this is why they stop coming to school...

Yes, The format I use as a way of keeping grades. The biggest thing is teaching them hands on. Grading hands on as they work in teams, is that each student trys to help each other.
