Being organized and knowingnthe priority is the first step to success. Knowing your own limitations keeps you in the safe zone. Sometimes it is good to stretch yourself.
There is good stress and bad stress. Your are correct to identify stress that can motivate you. Stress can be good when you have the knowledge to overcome the challenge.
It is always good to organize yourself. When you can see claarly your direction the stress is relieved. You have a great start along with good stress management techniques.
The trick to handling stress is the balance in your life. Exercise, positive mental activity and spiritual engagement is the steps to take.
Stress can be positive or negative. Positive stress is often a motivator with a positive outcome. Negative stress is the emotion because of a negative outcome.
Good practices. People appreciate it when you can keep people on task. Taking discussion off line is good when it impedes progress of a meeting.
It sounds like you are an agent of change. This type of stress will motivate you. The only stress that would effect you would be boredom.
It is always a good practice to share ideas with a trusted colleague. Bouncing off others will only convince you of your direction or make you rethink.
People definitely appreciate your leadership to keep people on task. You will accomplish your goals and theirs by keeping to the task at hand. Your technique to take anything outside of that outside this forum is a kind way of not having anyone feel what they had to say was not important.
Exercise is important but we need to lead a balanced life. Components of this balance are exercise or physical activity, mental activity and spiritual rejuvenation. Each of these are very important.
