Hi Nancy! Absolutely, discussion is the key to participant interaction as well as sharing questions, examples, best practices and lessons learned! Actually, each online course, including RT101, has discussion forums, during the course, to encourage interaction on topics and applications. Simply go to any of the discussion forums or threads in the course - there you can interact with the course's facilitator and other current participants plus review the many archived posts from former participants as well. Though the post-course Performance Forums and The Lounge are excellent places to continue and expand discussions, the course itself is the foundational place… >>>
