Candis, It's great if you have the ability to learn a little about the caller before conducting the call and using your best telephone skills including the smile, will help you to build rapport throughout the call. Dr. Jean Norris

Gambel, thanks for sharing this. It sounds like you share your personal experiences with the students so that they can get a glimpse into what they can expect. Dr. Jean Norris
Thanks for sharing Candace. I like what you are saying about listening and it sounds like you have a plan to move forward. Keep us posted with the results. Dr. Jean Norris
Danielle, that's a great point and I think a lot of people have that concern. I wonder, when you talk to them about tuition costs, what are they basing their numbers on? Dr. Jean Norris
Tawnya, thanks for sharing that question. You are using some language here that does help explore the goals and dreams that a student may have. Dr. Jean Norris
Monica, yes, product knowledge is extremely important. I'm curious, what types of training do you do to make sure you are up to date on product knowledge pieces? Dr. Jean Norris
Stephanie, that's great awareness. So, I'm curious, how would this affect your ability to connect with the different styles. Dr. Jean Norris
