Thomas, That is a good strategy. I also use that approach. I also find that closing my door for 30 - 40 minutes a couple times a day helps without offending folks. Jeffrey Schillinger

Marie, I ahve found the most effective way to deal with theis issue is to turn off the email program until you have time to address only email. My OCD keeps me checking them in the middle of the night if I wake up. I find my self feeling resentful, though it really is a "self-inflicted wound." Jeffrey Schillinger
