While you certainly cannot force a student to read the enrollment agreement, students need to understand that it is an important document. Even if they don't want to take the time to read it during the enrollment process, you should encourage them to read it at home and ask any questions they may have before the 5-day cancellation period expires. Michael, I agree with your point in regards to loans for living expenses, however, schools have limited flexibility to deny students access to federal student loans. John Ware

Lisa, It would depend on the types of programs being offered. I know many schools use the Compass test to evaluate incoming students but their are also other companies that offer testing services. I would encourage all schools to review the different testing services available to determine what best fits the school and its students. John Ware
