AT first day I have the students tell me what their weakness is . We can all say what we are great at but everyone has trouble saying their weakness. This way, you can identify everything all at once.

i believe between the instructors and councilors most students have avenues in which to deal with stress I think having an open door policy where a student can come in and discuss most anything is a benefit to the student I also believe that most students are capable of making the right decision once they talk it out

Class set up

I am directly responsible for setting up the classrooms under my range of influence. To properly prepare a class room, you must lay out tool boxes neatly within a designated work area. I must prepare a system for keeping expendable items stocked,and make sure appropriate training aids are in place.
