Robert, I think the key there is the "ability to gather information." We want them to know that it's okay to shop and get all of the information first before making a decision. Robert, When a prospective student asks a question, answer it! It's that simple! We shouldn't have to skirt around an answer to a question. If we have the information, tell them. If you are not sure about the answer, it's okay to let them know you don't know, but will get them the answer. Kathie Dherit

Brooke, To err is human, however, the information that as a school we must disclose is extremely important and therefore, can not be done wrong over and over. That is why as a corporation, there is now violation types and actions that are to be taken if someone does something wrong. Kathie Dherit

Beverly, You're right, we don't need incentives to entice prospective students to enroll. I don't think giving someone a t-shirt or mug because they signed an enrollment agreement will make someone want to go to school here. Kathie Dherit
