Kristen, Right, and that is why we make sure we let the student know under FERPA what types of personal information is considered directory information. Brittany, I agree with you 100%. It is so easy to by accident, mislead someone by not giving them the facts, whether it be wrong information, or withholding information. That is why it is so important to make sure you have all the facts with you at ALL times. We don't want to mislead someone that they are let down and they don't reach their dreams. Vincent, Like some of the others said, we shouldn't have to buy someone's business. We want them to make their own decision and we should be able to give them all of the facts in order to do that. Kathie Dherit

Roger, I agree with you. I believe everything we do as a school is above and beyond what our competition does. From our internal controls auditing, to the new tablets and even this compliance training! Kathie Dherit
Susan, When we are given the tools we need to make decisions it is easy. Modeling our behavior to our Mission and Values to show our students how they should act in the industry is what we should do everyday. We need to lead by example. Kathie Dherit

Kevin, You're right, we shouldn't have to resort to using tricks to get someone to enroll in our school. I wouldn't eat at a restaurant where they gave me a free t-shirt for eating there. I would want to eat there because I like the food and the customer service I received while there. It should be the same for us. Kathie Dherit

Tanya, Correct. I've noticed those commericials too. They state when the student graduated. They would not be able to use these testimonials from current students. That is why it does state on the screen when they graduated and when the testimonial was recorded. Kathie Dherit
