Michael, You're right, it is an opinion. It can't be measured. It can't really be supported with documentation or facts because of it being an opinion. Kathie Dherit
Mike, By having referral days, bring a friend day, or a discovery day can get the current students excited to "show off" what they do in school. I think the key is the current or graduating students that have been through the program are more likely to give referrals. Kathie Dherit

Mike, You're right. A honest mistake can result in a misrepresentation. That is why it is extremely important to know all your facts and have the documentation readily available in case you are in doubt. Kathie Dherit
Drew, And you need to make sure you are up to date on the documented facts. These facts can change, so you want to make sure you have the current information available. Kathie Dherit

Diane, We definitely need something to set us apart from others. We do have high standards by which we want our students to achieve, and they should expect the same from us. Kathie Dherit
Mycenea, I like your answer. The important words there are "when you are proud of your Mission and Values you can attract those who are like-minded". If you believe in the mission and values, it's easier to live those words and be able to attract those students and employees who believe in those words too! Kathie Dherit

Tracey, Just as the training modules stated, you want to make an informed decision before you make a purchase. You wouldn't go right out any but the first car you see. You have to do some background and research on if that model or brand of car is right for you. Will it fit into your lifestyle. Same with school, you want to make sure that the school will be a "good fit". Are you going to learn what you need to to be successful in the real world. Is that the career you can see yourself doing for the… >>>

Kate, You're right, in the end the student does suffer for what we may have not told them. Not only do we not want to give a prospective student an inducement, but we shouldn't have to give an employee compensation based on the number of students they recruit or place. Compenstating someone based on their behavior to which supports the Mission and Values and how well you know your job, should be what your compensation should be based on. Kathie Dherit

Donald, As stated in the training modules, the mission is intended to empower associates. When you are unsure about how to handle a situation, refer to the mission. It all comes back to the mission. When we are looking to start a new program, does it test back to the mission? Will the program be a viable, industry-modeled, training of the highest caliber? If we an answer yes, then it could succeed. Not only do we need understand our mission, but also the values. When trying to solve an issue, do we think of the values? Integrity, respect for the… >>>
