One is that a comment that is stated sways the prospective student into applying because the prospective student relied on that information to make a decision. The other is a statement that could confuse but it's a comment that was unlikely to sway the student to enroll. Adrianne, Great answer! Practicing appropriate ethics and behavior is a great way to do business! I know any businesses that I've been to that I don't think are telling me the truth or seem fishy, I won't go back! And you tend to have a gut feeling with places that you just might not trust.
