Marcelle, You are right there is a fine line between substantial misrepresentation and a misrepresentation. One is that a comment that is stated sways the prospective student into applying because the prospective student relied on that information to make a decision. The other is a statement that could confuse but it's a comment that was unlikely to sway the student to enroll. The fine line is that of the statement would sway someone into making a decision to enroll. Kathie Dherit
Jan, Being transparent does help with the relationship with the student. If we start during the admissions process and continue through the time they are in school we should have a great relationship between the school and the student. Kathie Dherit

Ashley , Great answer. Your last sentence sums it up, our high standards prepare the student to succeed in the working world. That is why we are here. To prepare students for a career. Great way to sum it up! Kathie Dherit
Adrianne, Great answer! Practicing appropriate ethics and behavior is a great way to do business! I know any businesses that I've been to that I don't think are telling me the truth or seem fishy, I won't go back! And you tend to have a gut feeling with places that you just might not trust. We want our students to know that we are honest and will tell them everything they need to know up front. Kathie Dherit
