Activity

The tone you set on the first day of class determines how the rest of the class duration will be. First impressions is our last impression of who we are; it's important to leave a lasting impression on our students.
We as instructors must plan and prepare for our courses; we have to have all our ducks in a row in order for our instructional process to run smoothly. If we set the tone with our class, the students will realize that it is important to come to class prepared as long as they planned to pass the course. Once again, we set the tone from the beginning to the end of our courses. We determine our destiny and outlook of our class.
As an instructor we must lead by example. Our students are looking at us a role models and we must present ourselves in front of them as people who are professional and take our jobs serious and wanting them to become successful in their endeavors. By doing this, we must practice what we preach and lead our students to success.
