There are many important factors but the organization of the course allows the students to be comfortable and successful. Facilitator must be flexible. 

Meaningful feedback is necessary for students success. 

The importance for the student and instructor to understand each component of the course. Students must know how to use the technology and how to submit assignments. 

Use technology in a way that helps support the objectives and an engaging learning environment. No need to use all of the functions. 

To use the documents to keep a course organized and easy to check if it aligns with course objectives and outcomes. Review multiple choice tests to make sure they align and convert to critical thinking when possible, 

The benefits and use of a metarubric. I have struggled with what they versus what I understand from the rubric. This will help. 

Provided wonderful websites for developing rubrics with tips to make sure the rubric can be edited. 

Align objectives with rubrics, and yield heightened motivation with the use of self and peer assessments. 

The differences between holistic and analytical rubrics. Also, the importance to provide the strengths and weaknesses of the student. 

The importance of investigating the assessment tools and adequately pairing them. Also, the usefulness of providing second chances. The program I came from it is one and done, and I would love to shift to a learning environment that helps the students learn by correcting their mistakes.
