Learning does not have to be boring. Students want to active participants in their own learning.

Do not let student's bad behaviors get out of hand. Nip them in the bud.

Being personalable is important. Feedback should be constructive and inspire confidence in the student.

Students need to feel connected.

This course was clear, concise and easy to underatand. I definitely feel that I now have a deeper understanding of how to confront online learning.
