Sounds like you already have a great system in place Kevin. This is wonderful. Breathing, healthy eating, sleeping and sharing with loved ones are all great techniques. Do give sharing with others - beyond loved ones a try.
If you have a system that's working for you, keep it up Oliver! No need to fix something that's not broken. On the flip side, if there are some techniques that you think you could benefit from, go ahead and give them a try and see what happens.
Excellent strategy Rebecca and one that will serve you well moving forward. Good luck with implementing this in your life.
Thanks for sharing Alicia. Yes, very important to take on the right mix of tasks - those with varied levels of difficulty. It's so tempting to just work on the easy tasks...but then the important things never seem to get done!
Excellent, so glad to hear Barbara. The first step is really identifying the problem or opportunity so it's nice to see you have made it that far. Next step is applying some of these tips to get where you need to be.
Love your example David. Grandmother knows best here!
Excellent, so glad to hear Gregory! Yes, most of these techniques are easy and common sense but most instructors need to be reminded nonetheless. Our lives are so busy.

Wow Marshall, It sounds like you use a tremendous amount of gas. I wonder if you could find an institution that offers online teaching to give you a little more flexibility and time with family.
Thanks for this great contribution Walt! I particularly like your MAPS method and strongly agree with the measurable piece. Far too often, we define our goals too loosely. When we do, it's hard to identify whether or not we've been successful.
Excellent! So glad this lesson was helpful David. Also glad to hear it reaffirmed some healthy and productive things that you've been doing already.
