This course reminds me of the important thing to maintain as an instructor to keep my students engage.

This course was more of a refresher to me for what I am currently doing in the class room.

Great reinforcement on the day to day running of the class and teaching styles.

The syllabus needs to be detailed; it is a kind of contract between myself and the students. Using a checklist is the most helpful thing an instructor can do to help ease the first-class nerves. I also learn that instructional objectives should include four components A-D.

The importance of leaning student's names and having students feel that I care about their learning. Also helping the student develop a sense of comfort that they will succeed in the course.
