It is the responsibility of the instructor to ensure the tools being used for instruction will be beneficial to the students and relative to the course work. 

It is good practice to remain in continuous communication with your students. Also, being responsive to student emails. 

This module provided insight as the importance of student engagement via discussion post. 

ISD provided information relative to course outlines and distant interaction with students. As good source of information is having the student routine assessement their knowledge of the content. This s a great way for the student to take the 'outside looking in' approach towards their own learning. 

It is important course components are relative to the material being covered in the course. This module provided great examples of how to develop course content for various components of the course. 

It is important the information on the online platform is clear, concise and easy for the students to nagivate throughout. 

Visual and kinesthetic activities are essential to the learners success. 

This module brought understanding to why introducing new content to both myself and the students is beneficial to the 'outside the box' approach. It allows me to be innovative with different learning tools and challenge the students to knew information. 

Understanding visual aids is greater than hanging informative posters its incorporating them into the lesson plan as a memorization activity.  

Classroom games for content retention is a great idea. It also breaks up the ususally classroom instruction and provided increased engagement.
