In this module I have earned to keep demostrates short and simple and lectures to a smaller time frame to ensure the full attention of the pupils.

This module provided various teaching methods to accommodate students with learning disabilities while maintaining the expectation of an adult learning environment. 

Group learning is a great tool to allow students to interact with one another ans well as learn from each other. When csreating classroom groups the idea of incorporating the diversity of each student is valuable. 

This module provided information with how to effectively prepare students for upcoming course content. Providing pupils with an outline of the lecture can be sextremely beneficial as ist prepares them for discussion and learning as well as allow them the opportunity to independently research upcoming topics. 

Pretesting students is a great way to understanding their current knowledge if any of their career field. This is also a great ice breaker method as well. 

Observing the teaching styles of other instructors can be beneficial to my classroom as it will provide ideas and strategies revelant to all types of learners. Also, the different method of instructional media methods and tips of how to make them the most conducive to the pupil was great!

As instructors we have a tendency to second guess ourselves and a create textbook of 'what ifs' that causing increased apprehension before and during instructional time. We have to also keep in mind we are 'students' ourselves and we must use constructive criticism as a moment to improve. 

This module provided various methods and ideas for handling different types of students I encounter. I am excited about implementing some of the strategies for getting the 'silent' student talking in class.

I have a few pupils who are more inattentive than others for the duration of each session. Providing gentle reminder as to proper time management is a great idea to refocus the pupil. I also like the idea of providing each student with a particular number of cards to use during Q&As thus allowing other students to participate. I have encountered students who will use the 'apple' method verses taking responsibility of his/her success and performing the work. The ideas and instruction style in the section were useful and I am ready to apply them in the classroom.
