There are different laws, rules and regulations that apply for each state.  Must acknowledge the federal department of education guidelines for Title IV, but also must follow the rules and regulations of the state regulatory also.

There are many rules and regulation to protection and individual from a legal aspect when working with post secondary school.   If you ask a question incorrectly can result in penalty of around  $40,000.  Must learn what to ask when calling an individual and demonstrate compliand with the U.S. Department of education.  Hope to continue to learn about update on laws, rules and regulations.

Good communication is imperative to provide an e learning enivornment for the student.  Feed back  and counseling if needed is a necessarity to make a student successful.

I learned the need to establish good rapport with students the first week of on line class.  Continue to address needs of the student in a timely manner to enhance the learning needs of the student.  

I have learn to not be so authoritarian in the classroom and not be so strict with rule enforcement with adult learners.  The module ED102 has given me insight on my style in the classroom.   I as an instructor have to reflect understanding and support to assist students in success.

The module has reflected the importance of movtivating the student to make them successful.  The important aspect is to have an open learning environment (so student can thrive in learning), do not intimate students, and have a transend the message of learning.  I have to concentrate on not making student be in a negative environment and must reboost my enthusiasum.

Enthusiasm and motivating myself is an important reflection that I need to continue.  This module section has reminded me to refresh myself so I can motivate the students.  

I do present different avenue of being creative,  but this review of the subject give new insight on how to evaluate myself and bring in different aspect to enhance my class room environment.
