Michael, It is so helpful to be proactive and really see where the students are coming from. Often times, they may not realize that they are having cognitive issues as no one has ever helped them in the past. This is especially true of the adult learner. Renee Shaffer

LE, Yes, a lot of people are hedging but that is a lawsuit just waiting to happen. Many publishers are now suing institutions and instructors, so it is best to be forwarned and proactive. Renee Shaffer

Joe, So true. It seems that no one has eer really explained copyright to the students and often the instructors are unsure of it themselves. Renee Shaffer
