Self directed learners works well in a more define and construct methodology

Advisement is a bridge to seeing learner succeed

Active and passive listening is great but being transparent with the learner is effective in resolving challenges

We as an employee, we have students as the customer/consumer of the knowledge we impart. Yes we also got paid from the tuition fee they provide but none the less, communicate properly.

We as instructors are also adult learners. We still have to learn with the new younger learners.

We become a vessel of information to students who thinks we are a drive through... Theyre so fast pace learner
