The ed 105 course was extremely valuable to me as a fairly new instructor to be able to manage my new career and to help plan my educational style to help students.  I have learned quite a bit about teaching from these courses and I look forward to each one!  This one will definitely help as I continue to plan courses.  Mindy Smith

I would heartly echo that sentiment.  Ed 104 was a meat-and -potatoes course for me as a "newbie" instructor and I have already started formatting some tools based on the information that I received from it!!! Starting out in a new field is scary but these courses, especially this one, has been extremely helpful in getting used to teaching in an academic setting.  I know that I still have much to learn and these courses are definitely helping me along the way.  Thank you very much for all of the educator's insights.  Mindy Smith

I just finished ED 102 and I must say WOW!!! what a helpful course to take as a new instructor.  I learned quite a bit about methods of student motivation and I can see that the ideas could also come in handy for instructor motivation as well.  Taking these courses has really helped me to reduce my anxiety about just starting in a teaching role.  Everyone has had wonderful ideas to contribute.  Mindy Smith

I would like to echo that sentiment.  I have learned a GREAT deal about instruction methods as a "newbie" instructor.  It helps in the right now, instead of learning later and saying "boy, I wish I known about that......earlier."  I feel that I will be much better prepared and my learning curve for instructing students won't be as steep.  Thank you very much for your excellent course and I really appreciate all the content of these courses.   Mindy Smith
