Great insights, Connie! Your graduates can be a wonderful source of positive PR for your school, without a doubt. What are some of the ideas you have to incorporate your graduate stories into your PR campaign? Shannon Gormley
Connie, This is great awareness. It sounds like you have some interesting ideas to get the word out about your school. I'd love to hear how it goes with your video. Glad to hear that you've also found some of the ideas in this course helpful. Shannon Gormley
Thanks for sharing your ideas, Connie. It sounds like you are happy to share your experiences with others and give them the opportunity to experience for themselves. How do you find the response when you offer the opportunity to experience what your school has to offer? Shannon Gormley
Excellent insight, Gina. It sounds like you can see the benefit of mystery shopping from a number of important perspectives for your institution. Shannon Gormley
Gina, very interesting. Yes, when you have the perspective of both a student and employee, I am sure you would see things a bit more openly. Could you elaborate more on the topics you are referring to? Shannon Gormley
Gina, that is a great idea. Everyone desearves some recognition and appreciation. This "feel good" can in turn have a ripple affect and reach your students as well. Shannon Gormley
Gina, I love this. Using the "Open House" technique is a really great tool to get community members to see or visit your school. It allows more people to hear about it and perhaps answer questions and get some new students. I wonder, is there anything that you do for those who don't feel the need to come in for a face-to-face visit? Shannon Gormley
Gina, that is a great point. By just switching that phrase, you are changing the frame of the message. I wonder, what other common phrases could you re-frame? Shannon Gormley
Keith, Thanks for your input. I love the idea of the mad inventor's lab for a brainstorming session, what a fun way to look at "inventing" creative ideas for your company/institution. Shannon Gormley
