What is the old expression, that first impression matter, that is what I have learned today. They really do matter they just don't matter, but it really counts for students. The enviroment needs to feel good for the student and that's matter most. 

Make sure to do everythng correctly. Because the fines are big!

When working with or starting a insitutiton reporting is very important and that is exactly what is going on here. Reporting is the utmost importance all the time because trasnparency between agencies and the government, will result in a successful fincicial aid office for students and staff. That is what I have gathered in terms of implementation, it has run smooth and effective. 

We are starting a new university in south carolina based on space science and technology, so this will be easily implemented to that university side. It is very intricate with a lot of steps, as fincial aid will be. Implementing it is where the test will come because if one thing messes up, the system would get messed up. I have learned a lot formatting and setting up the systems in place for it to happen. 

This is what I have learned from the timeless, accuracy and service. 

You have to have good customer service skills to make it viable and make the whole finicial aid office work for you! Because if you lack that than there is no point. I will also say that I have learned the process it really takes to go through and do process one applicaiton is quite a lot, but that is why the office is there.
