Using superlatives

The use of superlatives can be a slippery slope to be on. I think the best game plan is to avoid the use of them and restate questions with the student and stick to the facts when responding.

The product we produce is dependant upon motivated students. If we are not honest form the begining with the student can we expect an motivated student? I like the fact that there is oversight in the admissions process.
