I have learned that consistency is important across modules.

Knowing and recognizing that their are several different types of learners is very helpful.

It is very important to gain the trust of students from day one. First impressions are very important.

It's very important to develop a positive relationship with students from day one. It's important to be available to them for one-on-one help if they need it in Zoom or other online communication software.

It is important to know the expectation of each department within CMS. Also to make sure students can navigate and find where their assignments are and how to post responses to discussion questions.

Very well designed course.
