Different types of evaluation systems
Having a differentiated evaluation system will determine student's academic level and provide opportunities for success. It also helps me to self evaluate.

Technically, there's a difference between "evaluation" (comparison to a standard), and assessment (measurement, as in degree of understanding). Nonetheless, the more ways we use to analyze a students learning, the more accurate our appraisal will be.
