Classroom Prep

I like to keep a open close spreadsheet, as we would in a real kitchen, to keep the classroom consistantly set up for classes.

I like to have a spreadsheet to list the items that I need for class. This helps me to check off the items that I have and to keep up with the items that I need. Spreadsheets are very helpful and they help me organize a lot of information as well.
