Field trips into the career field have always been very helpful to the students.

I think field trips really inspire students. Sometimes, a student in a program has only a vague idea about certain aspects of the profession they're entering. What's great is when a good field trip is planned, the student perspective can open up and lead to a more motivated learner. That's what I want for all my students.
