How do you feel about the use of the Myers-Briggs personality assessment? Can or would you use this to evaluate and "open" students?

Myers-Briggs is OK, but is a bit subjective. Personally, I've completed the MB assessment probably a dozen times, and each time I get variable results, from slight to wide. But I think it does give some insight into general traits. The key would be how the instructor would use the information for the benefit of their students.
