Instruction needs to be geared to the type of student you are teaching to. You should also incldue a lot of methods so that you are teaching to the different learning styles in the room

Great point!. First we need to choose what is going to work best with this group of students, this class, at this time. Then, thinking from a students perspective, "how can I best deliver this material?" Pretty much all teachers have the capacity to offer encouragement and support, be approachable, be kind and patient, and willing to go a bit farther if needed to assist students. The students may or may not appreciate this effort, but we know we are doing our job outstanding.
