Instructor have to avaluate students and find out what type of lerners his students are;kinestetic,ouditory or visual and use different instruction methods.

Well said. The key as you mention it being the educational leader that is required for success in the classroom and lab. By modeling professional behavior the students have an ideal in mind as to what a professional in their career area should be like.

I believe that there is no one set style of modeling professionalism in the class/lab in fact there many different key styles of molding professionalism in and out of the classroom but no matter what style we choose we must lead by example stay focus and make sure that the student under stand that learning is of the outmost importance in the class/lab.
As instructors, it's our job to facilitate learning. Our roles as managers or motivators or models are simply parts of our larger role.
As an Instructor we have to be managers, motivators,and mentors.Students look upon you as thier big brothers.
