teaching style
I have found this to be difficult to define as not being a trained teacher and no one has a assesed me to video taped me to show my style.
Student feedback has been my resourse.

Good point. Your teaching style is how you deliver content and manage the class. You may be strict, easy going or laid back. You may prefer to lecture or use class discussions, learning groups, etc. All of these items are factored in to determine your instructional style. Observing other instructors helps with this development since you get to see how they manage their classes. Most of us will evolve into a mix of instructors we have had, those we observe and our own personalities. The result is a hybrid but it is you and how you want to be perceived by students. I wish you the best as you develop your own unique teaching style.
